"I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough. I would highly recommend them."

Got an ad last month advertising JL Anderson does this so out of curiosity I called for an estimate and met with Richard a few days later. I didn't realize until speaking with them this new style requires slightly different venting and plumbing but Anderson could oversee the whole thing. Because they handled the entire installation of my HVAC system a few years back and did a great job I knew they'd be perfect to do this install. We're loving this new system already and can't wait to see the benefits it shows over time. "I call Hater Heater Express based on previous reviews. Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. We agreed to meet at my house at 3:30pm and he estimated that the time to replace my water heater with a new one would take about an hour. He also provided an all-inclusive price to remove and haul away the old water heater, install a new unit. In short, Jeremy arrived on time, completed the install in under an hour and charged my as per his original quote. I highly recommend Water Heater Express of Lafayette."

"I went to Lowe’s to purchase my hot water heater and they put me in touch with ARS/Rescue Rooter. Miquel showed up a couple hours later and he provided me with different options for the new unit and installation. Once we agreed on the terms it was too late in the day for the install. The service technician, Travis arrived today and replaced the water heater. He was efficient and kept me informed on the process. This company is amazing and I’m so happy! We made the best choice. "Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."
