He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

"They did an "Outstanding job" at a fair price. Stop looking--call these guys now! I called them to fix a bathroom drain, a leaking pipe in the crawl space, and install a broken water spicket at the barn. A day after they installed the barn spicket, water started leaking from that area. I called them thinking it was a bad install and they were back the next day. That wasn't the case, unfortunately this was a different problem, last winter the pipe froze and busted, the PVC pipe under the ground was leaking! He provided 3 different solutions with different price points, I chose the most economical in hopes that it would solve the problem. He fixed it, then called me the next day to see if the pvc pipe sprung another leak, this time, fortunately no leaking pipes. What's awesome about these guys is that he didn't charge me for fixing the leaking pvc pipe under ground or for coming out again. "I lost air conditioning after the condo association had installed a new roof on my condo. I had Montcrief come out to fix the problem not knowing that one had to do with the other. The service rep diagnosed the problem almost immediately after filling the compressor tank and hearing the hiss of the leak in the eaves of the roof. There was nothing he could do that day, as I had to work with my condo association.Later that week, with no help from my condo association, I made an appointment with the roofer to come out, but also had Montcrief schedule the same service agent out at the same time. There they saw that a nail had pierced the ac line. How many ac service agents would know that was the problem?  I cannot believe how helpful and reliable that Montcrief was on those two visits. I now have wonderful air again. The roofer contracted and made arrangements with Moncrief to repair the line there and then. I didn't even have to wait for the reimbursement. I cannot say enough about the service agent, John. He was wonderful. He was on time, professional, knowledgable and flexible. He was ready to do the work as soon as the go light was given. I then bought the maintenance plan from Montcrief. I would use them again and again."

"The first They replaced a kitchen sink faucet. They did an excellent job and were very inexpensive. They did it on a Friday night for me which was very convenient. I used them again after that service and spoke to Carl about a waste water drain line issue i was having. He came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote. They came a week later and found that some building debris was the issue for over 21 years. They had to remove some drywall from my ceiling to fix the issue. They limited the amount of ceiling that was removed from using a camera in the pipe. "Robert was on time, very professional, provided clear communication and was very service-oriented. He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn't seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn't extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe. While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away! Unfortunately, I'm a bit concerned the core issue wasn't identified or resolved, so the likelihood of a recurrence seems higher than desired, but I remain hopeful.
