"They did a real fine job of installing it, it looks really good. It's well anchored into the ground and real stable looking. It came painted and they touched it up. I give them a really high rating. The fact that they worked with us and explained what was going on. They were very open about everything they were doing. They even talked about other types of material I could have used other then the cast iron. They were quick to call back and answer questions. They even followed up to make sure it was installed correctly. They were very professional. I have already recommended them to my friends."

"On the first visit, the crew arrived late for the measuring and removal due to a problem caused by one of their suppliers. They called in a timely manner to let us know. However, I had to leave for an appointment before they arrived. Another family member was present but my absence led to some misunderstandings on my part and their part. These were finally resolved satisfactorily after several e-mails. Once we placed the order, the door was ready within a week or so. The installation team arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves (which is very important to me). The door is beautiful and works perfectly. It's just what we had hoped for."
