"While performing two small repair jobs, they discovered a much more serious problem, a pipe leaking into the basement, which had been going on unnoticed for a long time. They were able to return the following day and make the repair. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their pleasant dispositions. "I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I have been more impressed with this company than most any other I can remember. We needed a new A/C unit for my mom's house after the other one went out in the heat of the summer. Brian gave us a great explanation of what needed to be done, why, and what our options were along with the pluses and minuses for each option. He provided us with a very fair price and prompt, great work. Through no fault of their own, we continued to have problems (the pipes ended up having a lot of build up from the previous 17 y.o. unit), they came out three more times to get it right and each time the technicians were courteous and prompt. They never charged us an additional penny, just got the unit working. If you need work done, don't hesitate to call this group."
