"TERRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DISORGANIZED. DISRESPECTFUL. Firstly, these people have no control over their subcontractors. They come whenever they feel like it, regardless of when they tell you they are coming. I'd stay home all day waiting on these guys and more than once they wouldn't show up at all, and without at least letting me know. If you complain to the Anderson employees, they just shrug it off like it's your problem. The ceiling repair guys left all of their lunch trash on my front porch which was gross, and even worse when I discovered it the next morning after the critters got into it and spread it everywhere. The plumber kept cancelling at the last minute or showing up hours later than promised. One guy came out BY HIMSELF to install carpet in four rooms, and he ended up breaking a piano leg trying to move it alone. I called Anderson to complain, and soon after he got a call on his cell phone and he started bad-mouthing me in Spanish saying I was a liar and calling me rude names... In my own house. He then started packing up his stuff acting like he was going to leave after he had the living room all tore up in preparation to put down carpet. The Anderson guy decided the broken piano was my problem, and even though they are a restoration company, I needed to track down a piano repair person on my own, get them to come out, pay them, then get Anderson to reimburse me. After having little luck, they told me they'd just give me $250, which I agreed to, but they never paid me. After my last invoice came from them, I called their office and paid it over the phone. The lady on the phone said I was all caught up and I was glad to be done with these people... until six months later when I got a certified letter from their lawyers saying I still owed them money, and that they were going to sue me if I didn't pay them some money plus $500 extra for lawyer fees. Well, joke's on them because I have legal insurance through my employer, so it's not going to cost me a penny to fight them over this over the next few years, let's see how much it costs them."
