I needed a RUSH "order" as I'm hosting Thanksgiving this week and he had a team ready for us just a few days later. He confirmed who was coming the day before (it was nice to have names of the team who would here). He also said "go about your day as planned" - which I needed as I'm in and out often. I was super impressed with Anthony as a clear leader (not sure if he was or not, but it appeared so), Alberto and Fernando were also very professional and happy to be there.
