"I was satisfied, but I'm getting some peeling already and it hasn't been a month. I took time out of work for health reasons for my mother. The second week I had to have the condominuim I live in painted. I was informed on Tuesday or Wednesday that they don't work on weekends. I was very disappointed and had to basically put my foot down until they felt guilty, and I had them come on Saturday. Then they asked for a little tip, I did give it. I wasn't going to say anything, but he asked me to rate him. I went in the bathroom last night, and the paint was chipping already. I am disappointed. Some of the doors, when I opened them they chipped. I'm like you've got to be kidding me. The heater board, I got to take a nicer cut. He painted it so that the paint can have a nicer texture on it. He seemed knowledgeable."

"Roland was professional and timely. He came to repair a garage door that lacked a counterbalance and a fence that needed new hinges. I was told he was going to be a few weeks on an estimate due to demand and he came when we agreed he would and managed to get me on the schedule sooner than anticipated. The repairs took about 5 hours, 1 more than he anticipated, but he stuck to the quote he gave me and remained professional and courteous throughout all our interactions. I would definitely recommend him, and certainly plan to call him for future projects."

"There was more construction work that needed to be done before painting than originally thought.  The contractor worked his way around the house making the necessary repairs, starting in the front and ending in the back yard.  This way the painters could start on the front of the house.  All construction work was top-notch and definitelyy should have been done years ago.  The extent of the repairs was a little more than what was included in the original estimate, and resulted in a $400 up-charge, but once we saw the finished product, it was well worth the extra money.  There is something to be said for peace of mind.  The house has never looked this good."
