They completed the job cleanly and quickly, including removing and then reinstalling medicine cabinets and a large mirror. They even repaired damage to the drywall that I had done when I tried to remove the drywall myself. I will have them back to do some other ceiling and drywall repair in my home. This is the second time we have hired Jason.  The first time we did two rooms, I didn't want to do too many because I wasn't sure what the quality would be like.  We loved them so much we booked him for the second time as soon as the first installation was complete.  I have never had plantation shutters before, they never seemed worth the cost, I was very wrong.  We are planning to hire Jason again to complete the rest of our home.  He and his team are fast, knowledgeable, and efficient."

"The finished product was wonderful.  It, in no way could have come out better.  Immediately before Nancy Brown and her daughter, Shannon, were scheduled to start, a professional popcorn ceiling remover removed the popcorn from three bedrooms, two bathrooms, closets and a hall that were all adjacent in one end of the house. The popcorn remover turned out to not be a professional at all and, in fact, left a terrible mess which they were incapable of cleaning up when they left. The joints between the walls and ceilings were sloppy.   The tape they used damaged the border in one bedroom and left small spots of missing wall paper near the damaged border. In short they did a terribly sloppy job.  Custom Wall Works started right on schedule and quickly they discovered the wall under the wall paper they were removing had never been primed so the removal caused significant wall damage. The bedroom and bathrooms they were to strip and paint all had the same problem. The result was that they had to not only clean up the damaged walls but also the mess left from popcorn removal. In addition in the bedroom with the damaged border they had to remove and replace the border and they used  matching satin acrylic craft paint to touch up the wall paper. It matched perfectly and is indetectable.  During this entire process Nancy and Shannon were totally professional and pleasant.  They were very cooperative when we had to have a break in the work as we were required to go out of town. They never got the least fustrated while working through the enormous job which was not in the least their fault. The rooms they finished are beautifully done and truly flaw free. Their work is far better than I hoped for and it is by far the best I have ever seen. I would recommend Custom Wall Works to anyone and I would definitely hire them again. One last thing: their price is very, very fair."

I feel they did an above average job that had lots of little repairs and a challenge with a rough plastered wall in the kitchen that needed smoothing out for the look I wanted.
