The powder bath was extremely difficult to wallpaper because of its small size and angular walls, but Darwin got it done in A+ fashion. The hard-working guy worked for 8 hours straight without taking a break. He is the king of peel and stick wallpaper! He charged a rate that was honest and affordable"

"My house was built in 1920 and renovated in 1998. The original bathroom was smaller, and later expanded (50s- 60s?). There was a dip across the ceiling drywall where the two rooms were joined. The drywall was also very uneven around corners (depressed), and there was minor damage to the plaster. Sam was recommended to me by Sherwin Williams, and came over and did an estimate, which was very reasonable. I had picked my wallpaper, border, and paint already. The project got delayed a little (2 weeks) because he had a customer who decided to wallpaper 2 additional rooms during the project. Sam is very courteous, worked very methodically, and was fun to watch since he had some special equipment for wallpapering. The result is technically flawless. He carefully cleaned up every day, and carefully re-installed the ceiling light each day during the ceilling work. The drywall repair portion lasted longer than he anticipated, so he came out an extra day."

"I contacted Chris, based on prior reviews here on Angie's List. He was very prompt at returning my call. He scheduled a visit for the next week to look at the areas to be papered and give an estimate and provide a roll quantity of paper to purchase. <br /> On the day of the scheduled install, Chris called to say he was running a little late, due to weather. (It was snowing.) I was surprised and relieved that he was still coming! Our paint contractor, by contrast did NOT call or come. <br /> Chris' work was meticulous, and quick. He did a wonderful job hanging the powder room paper, which had a large, linear and VERY noticeable repeat, that would have revealed poorly or improperly hung paper. He did a WONDERFUL job. <br /> Chris returned to install the dining room wallpaper, which was challenging due to the textured nature of the surface, and the delicacy of the glass beads which had a tendency to pull off during install. Again, because the paper had such noticeable patterns, misaligned sheets would have stuck out like a sore thumb. Chris' attention to detail met my VERY picky standards! He did such a great job, I wish I had more paper for him to do! <br /> I would hire Chris again in a minute. His attention to detail, meticulous nature in my home and wonderful demeanor are a welcomed breath of fresh air in this industry! <br /> I would hire Chris for ANY job he bid on completing. I know, he would NOT take a job he could not do to his OWN exacting standards, and his work ethic is beyond reproach. <br />"
