"There are professionals who paint and then there are professional painters. Anderson and his crew have painting honed to an art form. This is the 3rd time we’ve asked the, back into our home, and we have not been disappointed once. They are punctual, courteous, careful, and methodical. Switch covers and outlet covers are removed, not painted around. They’ve been able to turn the most damaged and wavy walls into near-perfect surfaces you’d swear are brand new - if you hadn’t watch them toil from 8am till after 5pm every day for a week to rehab it. They clean up each day, do their best to keep the dust contained with the latest technology vacuum sanders and plastic containment sheets. They know every trick of the trade and bring it all to bear on your project. If they say they can do it faster or cheaper than your other quotes, it’s because they know something the other guys don’t. Oliver Beer, who owns Bauhaus Construction came up with the best and most creative solution (and the most economical) of all. What differentiated Oliver was his overall vision of the project (which to start was a complicated ceiling repair, but the condo needed an overall major renovation). Oliver is a perfectionist and his attention to detail and thinking 10 steps ahead as well as his overall organization are unmatched with any other contractor I've dealt with in owning different homes over 25 years.
