"Wilber and crew were fantastic! Estimate was straightforward, understandable and prompt. Crew was on-time to start the work, brought four people and knocked it out in a day. Three things really stood out: 1. They went out of their way to take exceptional care of our home while doing the work...everything from how they closed doors to how they tarped the entire home from the front door to the room in the back of the house. 2. The quality of the work - the crew was meticulous about cleaning up the walls, ensuring all outlets were removed, mirrors removed, etc. 3. Communication - Wilber was very clear as to how long it would take, exactly how much paint we needed, etc. He checked in with us midway through the day to ensure we saw the first coat and how things were progressing. I would not hesitate to use Wilber Painting again"

From the beginning, Lorna Kerr showed up prepared, knowledgeable, and confident her team could handle the job. She was responsive, engaging and made us feel like our project was priority. Neighbors often tell us we have the best looking house on the block. And, we still drive up and feel happy when we see the difference. We hired 360 to paint the external of our house including the deck. There was much to do â wood to remove, materials to replace, random nails, etc. yet Lornaâ s team never complained and always had solutions. We were so impressed with the work in progress that we asked Lorna if we could extend our contract and have her 360 team manage our interior paint projects. Again, Lornaâ s counsel on our color indecisions was brilliant and helpful. We had several rooms painted, a large mirror removed from a wall, and a tough baseboard project to tackle along the way. "The overall job went well. The (reasonable) estimate was performed weeks in advance of work. The work required 2 days. Scheduling was agreed on, & Manny confirmed a few days before the job. Manny power washed himself, but had a co-assistant on the paint project. Communications, punctuality, and work progress was very good. The finished job met my expectations. I only wish extra paint could’ve been left for touchups; but Manny did provide me with purchase info having brand/color of sealant used. A 3 yr warranty was also provided with receipt so that’s awesome. I’ve even obtained another estimate for possible painting of my siding."
