Get matched with top carport (metal) builders in Fort Belvoir, VA

My name is Robert Congedo president of KMA Associates, Inc, I have the following licenses: Class A Virginia, Maryland contractors, Maryland home improvement, Montgomery contracting, PG county contracting, Calvert Co contracting, District of Columbia contracting, land disturber certified from Virginia. I have over thirty years of experience from building houses in all price ranges, in all of these areas. I spend a lot of time on every job to make sure things are done right. All of my homes have appraised for 10 to 30 percent higher than the cost to build. I can offer you competitive pricing as I have low overhead and years of experience with all my subs. I build one at a time. All my estimates are free and depending on the detail are exact prices. I have never increased price on any project without the owner's approval in writing.I also carry over two million in liability insurance . I can find lots in any area and have available architects to help design your home.

"Very well.  The two men were excellent.  Very nice and professional.  They came on time and they carried away the stuff I didn't want, including lots of wooden shelving and a metal cabinet left over from the previous owners.   I thought they did a great job in the installation.
I got this through an Angie's Big Deal so I essentially got $700 off but since I bought the big deal on an impulse, I hadn't done any research on how much this type of thing costs (a big no-no when making these big ticket purchases) so I am left with a bit of buyer's remorse.  I also didn't understand or realize that my payment of $299 pretty much sealed the deal on going through with a big project or choose to losie the money.  I hadn't done my research and didn't know that there weren't any other smaller, less expensive offers that I could get from Garage Tek so there was a bit of sticker shock.
While I am still uncertain if I made a good deal or not (clearly my own fault for not being informed), moneywise, I think it made a huge improvement to my garage and I am very happy with the product and service.

"We selected 4 ?A? rated companies from Angie?s List to meet and selected Envision Custom Builders based on a combination of price, professionalism, and knowledge.  We are very pleased with the outcome of the work! Starting with the initial meeting, Jason was very quick to respond to our inquiry and we set up an appointment.  Jason arrived on time, and walked through all the details of what we were looking for and offered his suggestions.  Since we have other projects we need to do we were very focused on saving costs where possible.  Jason pointed out options for us that would save money or, conversely, where we could upgrade for slight cost.  Additionally, Jason pointed things to look out for in the event we did not select Envision.  It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and we appreciated his forthrightness.  Jason has a team of partners that he works with and we set up appointments to select all the various products:  tiles, granite, cabinets, and lighting.  Each partner was great to work with and provided us some ideas and options once they had an idea of what we were looking for.   Upon completing our selections, Jason updated the contract pricing.  We were pleased that the pricing was not too far off the original estimate. The layout of the contract was clear and very detailed, including the supplier and part numbers. Still, we had many questions that we sent him via email and he was very responsive to answer all our questions and updated the contract, when necessary. Jason is high-energy and has a lot of enthusiasm for his work.
The work started as planned, scheduled for about 4.5 weeks.  During the project, Jason was on site on most days checking in on the work and answering any questions we had.  He would provide us with the work schedule, including varied start times, for several days out.  That way we were well aware when the workers would be arriving and what they would be working on.  They covered furniture and floors and left the site very clean each day.  Luis was the lead on site most of the time ? he was very friendly, did a great job, and would answer any questions.  We had no concerns leaving for work with the Envision team in our house.
Jason is genuinely concerned about our satisfaction.  There were a couple occasions where we were not completely satisfied with the results ? not due to poor workmanship, but just design preferences.  We took a photo with our phone, sent it to Jason, and he came right over to discuss.  In the end, Jason completed the work to our satisfaction, even with some re-work at no extra cost.  Jason has been around long enough that he understands once the build starts, the result is sometimes not quite what the customer was expecting -- and he is very accommodating for this. To our request ?Jason, we have a change?, he responded ?not a problem?.   He also knows what works.  For example, we decided to add accent tiles above our bath and we were having a hard time deciding how many rows of tiles to go with.  We ultimately went with Jason?s recommendation and can?t imagine it any other way!
The job completed on time and there were no surprises and no additional costs and we LOVE our new bathrooms.  I would not hesitate to use Envision Custom Builders for your project.

"Definitely would hire again. The business owner submitted a detailed invoice to let us know what to expect for the job. When I had questions about the project I received very detailed answers. I felt comfortable that the company understood our project and how to handle building the shed. The installer, Pete, was very knowledgeable about how to handle the project. Upon completion the area was left clean and spotless."

"Good very helpful been working with us for past 20 years. He dose all our remodeling and build a house for us."

"The work was just great and Four Seasons did not go over budget. Everything was of a very high quality. Ken's crew is really hard working. They would often arrive before daylight -- Ken, too -- and work until after dark. They were always willing to address any concerns I had. Everything promised in the contract was done. The quality was great. They are very careful workers. The finish was very impressive. The work included clearing the space, building the foundation and cement floor, constructing the garage, and building a cement driveway."

"This was the second bathroom remodel completed for me by Century Bathrooms. I was so pleased with the work done to remodel  my master bathroom 9 months earlier  that I knew I wanted Century Bathrooms to do the hall bathroom remodel. They demolished the entire bathroom, replaced the subflooring, tile, bath tub, toilet and vanity. Daniel and Erika worked with me to keep costs down and to select the tile, paint, faucets and vanity top that made an outdated neglected bathroom into something truly beautiful. Daniel and his team answered all my questions and, as had been the case before, were responsive and attentive to detail. This is a company that adds a personal touch to the work they do and is truly invested in the relationships they build with their clients.
