"The patio looks beautiful. Daphna, at the office, coordinated the times and even called us when there was an earlier opening. Howard, the salesman, was thoughtful enough to call us to inform us that he was running about 15 minutes late which we appreciated,  and he was very thorough with explaining the process to be used to make the necessary repairs. Best of all was the crew of Carlos and Tony, who were prompt,  professional, clean, thorough, and very hard-working. After the job was completed, Daphna called again to see if we were satisfied. "We had a patio that was enclosed before the house. The steel post that was the original outdoor patios was used in the enclosure they rusted and the windows and door started leaking very bad. Kris came out and gave us some ideas for rebuild and we went with it, we have a much betted enclosure and are very happy. We had a lot of companies give us estimates but Kris was vey knowledgeable in this type of construction and the permit process ect. no regrets"

If you are looking for ideas as to what should be done, this is not the guy for you. But if you know what needs to be done and want it done well, he is good.

"I called SBS because 2 previous contractors had failed to show up for work they agreed to do.  SBS was very prompt, came when they said they would, and was slightly lower in price than the 2 previous no-shows.  The tiling job went very smoothly.  They had to stop for about a week because the previous contractor had given me a low estimate on the amount of tile needed, and we had to wait for a new shipment to arrive.  When they started to repair the brick around the door, they found that the existing brick was very unstable, almost ready to collapse.  They came up with a low cost fix:  they put in metal stabilizers and packed the area with concrete and then covered the edge with a synthetic wood frame that matched the trim on the house, all without changing the original price estimate. I recommend them as dependable, quick, reasonable, and innovative, and I plan to use them for all my future jobs.

"I tried unsuccessfully to find a company to come give me a quote to repair my radius (shaped like a fan) dock. Then I found Eric and his company. His office returned my call that same day and came to see the dock the next morning. The shape of my dock is somewhat irregular so no one seemed to want to touch it but Eric saw that as a challenge and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very clear on what was included in his quote and what might be an additional charge once they pulled up the top boards. His men even went into the water to check underneath to ensure there would be no surprises. Eric and his men were on time every single day and if not he called to tell me why. He is also a perfectionist and used only the highest quality wood. The entire team was very nice as well as professional. They were very communicative as to what they needed to do and kept me informed as to the progress. The price was extremely reasonable and Eric always made sure to explain the charges to me. The result was fantastic! I keep looking out the window as it looks so great! I have no problem recommending Eric's company but I think he will be busy as once my neighbors saw the quality of his work they were rowing over to get his number!"
