The guy had a little difficulty on what he was doing. But I'm not sure it's his fault. It's not a regular gutter on anything. It's a strange built in roof that's got the gutter built into it. He did the best he could. In fact he went and bought some shields for it. Since I can't get up there and see what they look like. So I don't know how that ended up up there but he had done that for me also. 

I think they were as professional as they could be because they found the covers and that wasn't part of what I asked for. They just did it so I give them an A for that also. I would use them again if I had gutters to clean. I would use them again if I had to have it."
