"It has now been 7 months since we hired C&C. It took them 5 months to create a plan and diagrams. We then proceeded, based on their direction, to get HOA and county approvals. We did not receive the approvals, they have started NO WORK, but refuse to return our $76K deposit that was my elderly parents only savings. We are now in legal suit with the builder. I would not recommend this builder as they make promises they can?t keep and are never responsive by email, phone or text. "

Fast-forward to last month: we wanted to install more recessed lights along with a ceiling fan in our living room. Lucky for us, we were able to work with Rob again. The shape of our room is awkward and asymmetrical, but Rob provided some great options and suggestions, and pointed out some details we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. "We asked Jeff to re-trench and rebuild weight bearing retaining walls that were 20+ years old and had tumbled. We had other vendors that we contacted that were interested in re-landscaping our entire yard, which was not really necessary for this project. Jeff came out and evaluated the situation, making recommendations from an engineering perspective on what we needed to do to rebuild the walls with better structural integrity, which would prevent them from tumbling again. We agreed that in a mature garden with transplanting requirements, this was a great winter project. His crew arrived on time, completed the job in an efficient and expedient manner, and the quality of the work was outstanding. They were respectful of the property, and cleaned up each day. They tore down and rebuilt the walls (using the same stone which saved us on the materials) to be much sturdier. They trenched with gravel and added heavy capstone to the top of the wall, to ensure the structural integrity. They completed the job in 2.5 days. The quality of the work was excellent, as was the price. I would recommend Classic Stonescaping for any outdoor projects."
