"My water heater died last week. I went on Home Advisor and received a number of calls. One from George at Stream Water Heaters. We discussed my problem. George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner. The professionalism, expertise, and timeliness of George's Team were exceptional. Highly recommend this company."

"Cody was prompt with his quote and kept in contact with me constantly. Our project was able to start weeks ahead of schedule and was completed on time and on budget. Multiple crews worked on our home across a week and a half. Each individual was professional and was more than willing to spend time explaining each step of the process. They cleaned up each day leaving the house in almost better shape than when they started. They also worked with us around accommodating our animals. Cody was able to adjust and respond quickly to change requests we had during the project and we could not be happier with the result. Post install Cody has been great taking our calls for questions on the new system and helping us learn usage of the systems. He even walked me through an easy change to the tankless hot water heater spending a good hour on the phone with me. Overall Cody and the team at SeaTown electric heating and air have been wonderful to work with and have exceeded our expectations with our hvac and hot water tank replacement. "Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"Previous owner used non-heat rated PVC piping on the water heater. Entire system was almost a decade old so decided to change out the heater at the same time. After giving the owner a good description of the problem he was able to give me a quote over the phone ($1950 + tax). I decided to let them come out and access the job before agreeing. They arrived on time and after a quick assessment the lead plumber quoted me a higher price but after consulting the owner they agreed to do the job for the original price quoted. Mike and John worked quick and efficiently. They were polite & professional and had the entire job complete and work site cleaned in 3-hours. Over all quick and painless process, would use their service again."
