"Let me begin by letting you know the reason I chose this company.  I checked all the HVAC companies on Angie's List (and there are a lot of them) and chose Automatic Climate Control because of the huge number of reviews and "A" rating. There were a number of other HVAC companies on the list that I knew about, either through advertising on the radio/TV, or friends recommendations.  NONE of the other companies could touch the number of reviews that ACC had accumulated.  And I read MOST of them.
I can't say enough good things about this company and it's staff.  I give them an A+++ rating!
The communication was superb. I was contacted the day after I purchased the special on Angie's List and we set up the appointment date.  I was then contacted a week before the scheduled appointment and again the day before.
The technician arrived at the precise time. He entered my home AFTER putting on booties.  This is such an important factor. It's so easy to pick up a piece of rock or gravel on shoes and then drag it across a hardwood floor.  The booties were a very nice touch!  I showed him the location of the units, fans, etc. and then told him he had the run of the house.  The first thing he found was the part on one of the fans. He showed it to me and said the part was still working but it was struggling. This particular part generally needs to be replace after about 10 years and mine is going on 20.  He said it was not absolutely necessary to replace it at this time, but there was no telling how much longer it would continue to work (struggle).  I had him replace it. 
When he was checking out the thermostats, he discovered the thermostat on the main floor was wired incorrectly to run both electric AND gas at the same time (hence the reason for a Dominion bill this past winter for $800 for one month).  The thermostat was replaced about 9 months ago by a different company.  In addition, the outside termperature part (that indicated the outside temperature on the thermostat) was located in the WRONG place.  He fixed that!
And added coolant.  He said there might be a small leak which could be the reason for having to add the coolant.  But, he suggested that instead of running a test that would confirm/deny the fact there was a leak (this cost extra), to wait until I had him (or someone else) come back in a year for another maintenance check.  He said if there was a leak, we'd have to add more coolant but that would be the time to run the test.
He thoroughly checked out everything and was there about 3-3 1/2 hours.  Quiet, unobtrusive, very polite.
And in case anyone wants to know the name of my technicianm, it's Joe Hanks.
Eventually, my units will need to be replaced as they are getting quite old.  The very first company I will call to request a quote will be Automatic Climate Control.  This company is top notch, HONEST, and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend their services!

"After careful consideration we chose Classic Granite & Marble to install our quartz countertops, under mount stainless steel sink and Kohler faucet. I am happy to say that we are completely satisfied. The two installers (Alfredo & Helder) were professional and courteous. I was not at home but I was able to communicate and watch the installation process via my Ring camera. The (CADCAM) measuring and cutting of the quartz was exact and we don't have any gaps between the countertop, stove and refrigerator. There is one seam which is located at the midway point of the sink that is hardly noticeable. The other side is which includes the backsplash is hidden by the touchless faucet (which looks like a work of art). Last but certainly not least, our salesman (Andrew Boone) arrived at our home and he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He addressed our concerns and searched the internet for pictures of kitchens that showcased our countertop selection (Pietra). Andrew took preliminary measurements in order to give us the cost for our project. However, he did inform us that the cost might change if the final measurements indicated that we would need more quartz. Immediately, I thought that this was their way of getting more money out of us but that did not happen. Finally, we are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend them. Brian & Sabrina"
