"It went very well. Dave came to install the toilet, but it arrived broken, so I had to have him come back again when the replacement toilet came. The company that delivered the toilet was not associated with Aces. But Joanne at Aces handled the rescheduling with no problem. The installation went perfectly and Dave did an excellent job. "Experience with 3D Solar was great from start to finish. I did a lot of research and had financing lined up for the project before contacting 3D. I wanted a PV system large enough to produce enough power thru the year to offset completely or close to my entire power bill. The original company i was working with Vivint Solar wanted to charge 10k more for the same amount of Kw installed (10.44Kw). Ryan 3D sales/finance rep emailed me within 30 min of me requesting a quote. Within 3 weeks of initial contact my house was done. 3D exceeded my expectations and the entire team was great and professional, sales, financing, office staff, and the installation crew. I even had the owner of the company stop by the house while the crew was finishing up their install to check up on how things were going and to meet and talk with me about my experience. County inspections were done a day later and passed on first inspection. Now just waiting for duke to install a two way meter and reap the rewards of solar energy."

"Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.

"When 3 other companies looked at my AC unit they told me it needs to be replaced. The cost of repairing it would be just about the same because my unit uses R22 freon AC tech's refer to it as liquid gold. Mike came out and said it's getting close to needing replacement but not today with a simple fix. I asked about the R22 cost and he explained it to me that some companies just take advantage of it to sell you a new system. Mike repaired my AC for $3000.00 dollars less then my other lowest quote. Why use Mike Harper AC: Mike is not an hourly employee he is the owner he does the inspection and the work. When he doesn't do the work he goes around and checks what his employees did to make sure what they did meets his standards. In my opinion finding Mike Harper AC was like finding a needle in a hay stack."
