"Technician as knowledgeable & got the job done. He changed out our 14 year old thermostat with a very easy to use. & readable digital thermostat. Inspected inside unit, cleaned it thoroughly, fixed some leaks where the tape had come loose. Checked freon level also. Now I have a clean unit that cools & may extend the life of my Heat pump."

"Because of a painfully long pool remodel, I had to delay AAA Construction's start to my re-roof project by 7 months after I signed the contract.  When the pool was finally completed and all of their equipment was gone, I was able to get the roofing project started.  They were very kind with all of the delays and were ready to start immediately when I was ready.  I originally saw a deal on Angie's List for a re-roof with them which is why I investigated.  For some reason, that deal didn't apply to my roof, but based on their very good reviews, I went with them for the job.  
Dustin walked me through the entire job before it started.  He talked me through things that he thought might be of concern, but gave me various options without any pressuring to determine how to address these issues.  The crew worked tirelessly, often staying till 8:15 at night to get the job done.  I was incredibly impress with their work and their dedication.  
I laid some small tarps around the pool deck to prevent any damage.  They didn't end up being big enough so There were some issues during the first day of nails and debris falling onto the new pool pavers.  I bring this up only to say that when I spoke with the crew about it and with Dustin, the project manager, tarps were laid the next morning before any more work was done and the deck was cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished.  
I am extremely impressed by their work ethic and by Dustin's constant contact and desire to make sure that I was satisfied.  This company has incredible integrity and I have already inquired with them about bidding on a future remodel project that I have coming up this summer.   In my experience with contracts, and after a nightmare with one of the top rated pool companies in South Florida, it is nice to see a company with integrity that cares about the product they deliver and their customer's satisfaction."

"Technician stated hot water heater needed to be total replaced due to normal wear and tear. Hot water heater is initially the hot water heater installed in 1999 when home was built. Choice Home Warranty denied the claim after several years of being a loyal customer, making payments on- time every month. What is the use of having this warranty for times as this and when you need them, they denied the claim? Although the service was good, response time adequate, providing the services needed when your appliance break down and being denied repairs was disappointing and devastating, especially when coronavirus is rampant and you really need your hot water to wash clothes, dishes, bath, shower, and remain sanitary. I am so heart broken because I live on a fixed income and am disable, and can’t afford to purchase a hot water heater at this time. They determined that the water heater was not operating properly as a result of a lack of effective maintenance of the unit. What a crock!"

"My pool pump was making a terrible grinding noise and then just suddenly stopped working. Of course I had people coming that weekend and did not know what to do. I called 2 other companies that never bothered to show up, so Friday morning I called Advanced and they came out around lunch time and was able to install a new motor for me right away. Then they went ahead and clean the pool and added chemicals for me as well. I was really inpressed with how easy they were to talk to. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very personable. The person who came out to help me was so nice as well. I am definately using them again, in fact, they are starrting pool service for me this week. And right in time for the 4th holiday."

Dave was very responsive and straight forward about what needed to be done and how long it would take to clear it up. We were so pleased that we have enlisted him for weekly servicing. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
