"Technician as knowledgeable & got the job done. He changed out our 14 year old thermostat with a very easy to use. & readable digital thermostat. Inspected inside unit, cleaned it thoroughly, fixed some leaks where the tape had come loose. Checked freon level also. Now I have a clean unit that cools & may extend the life of my Heat pump."

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"My pool pump was making a terrible grinding noise and then just suddenly stopped working. Of course I had people coming that weekend and did not know what to do. I called 2 other companies that never bothered to show up, so Friday morning I called Advanced and they came out around lunch time and was able to install a new motor for me right away. Then they went ahead and clean the pool and added chemicals for me as well. I was really inpressed with how easy they were to talk to. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very personable. The person who came out to help me was so nice as well. I am definately using them again, in fact, they are starrting pool service for me this week. And right in time for the 4th holiday."

Dave was very responsive and straight forward about what needed to be done and how long it would take to clear it up. We were so pleased that we have enlisted him for weekly servicing. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
