"I needed some plumbing work done in the house. I had a couple of estimates from some plumbers on fixing the problem. When Billy from Valdel Plumbing stopped by to give me his estimate for work, I was impressed. He gave me a reasonable price and really knew what he was talking about. One of the other plumbers was talking about digging into the cement to fix the problem. I had a slightly leaking drain line inside the house that needed to be fixed. I also needed him to fix some work I had done on the line years ago. Billy assessed the problem and set to work fixing the leak. While he was working on the drain line I also mentioned that I had two other problems. 1. The shutoff valves for the hot and cold water for the washer could not be turned off all the way so he replaced them with a single valve and fixed that problem. 2. I also had a problem that the main water shutoff valve wasnâ t working also so he replaced that valve also. He got everything done while he was there to fix the leaking drain on the same day. Itâ s refreshing that someone can be so flexible and work with the customer to solve their problems. Iâ m totally impressed with Valdel Plumbing and especially the quality of work from Billy.
