Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

Gen3 tech Justin identified and clearly explained the problem and then did the repair, restoring cool air to my overheated home. Excellent experience! "The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work.  They were professional and explained everything to us.  The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day.  In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work.
We were extremely pleased by the excellent work and customer service.  We had been in our home for about a year and the air conditioning has never worked as well as it does now.

"EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"
