"I had called another company because they advertised everywhere they had same day service. They didn't want to show up until the next day so I called overhead door. They showed up in an hour and they even called when on the way. I explained to Tom what had happened, he immediately thought it was a gear issue and assured me he would troubleshoot and resolve. It took him almost an hour but he replaced the gear and sprocket kit, replaced a few rollers that were ready to snap, tightened all hinges, lubed everything you should, and tested. It's perfect now!
