"I had used W.C Borchelt for years for plumbing, electrical etc... Initially I was happy with them until the last job I called them for. I purchased a toilet from them that promised to flush a washcloth down it. Guess what? It got clogged by a number 2. I also had an emergency going on where the toilet overflowed out of the tank and bowl so there was some flooding and $30,000 worth of damage to my home because of this. I immediately called my home owners and W.C Brad Borchelt. They sent a plumber out and he used an auger. After that so much was going on that Servpro was there and they pulled the toilet immediately after. It was set aside and covered. With so much going on i didn't think to go look inside my pulled toilet. Apparently the plumber scratched up the bowl pretty good with his auger. These are auger swirl marks. He never put a protective sleeve on the tip. Fast forward to 4 months later my home is getting put back together. The toilet goes back in and I see the auger damage. No one else put anything down into the toilet. It was the auger responsibe for these scratches. Hey but Brad the owner doesn't want to make it right. I paid $235 for them to unclog the advertised UNCLOGABLE toilet and Apparently I got more than an unclogging with unsightly scratches that he refuses to admit was his plumber. I personally am done with this company. Dishonest at most when there is a problem. Would definitely NOT recommend!"

"We moved into our house September of 2021. The previous owners had a long haired cat that peed everywhere and had a litter box under the bed in the master bedroom. (Beyond nasty). We hired family that has a cleaning business to clean the carpet and to be frank they were awful. David and James from Stanley Steamers came over and.... Well, beyond awesome!! We have a newer build (11 years) and we had no clue the carpet was actually white. Very meticulous and very pleasant/fun to be around. It was interesting and kind of embarrassing what they were able to pull out of the carpet. It was kitty litter and cat hair and I promise we have tried to deep clean with our Bissell vacuum and carpet cleaner. David and James made our carpet look new again. We highly recommend them. As for moving furniture.... It is not their job, help them out or give them permission. They don't want to ruin anything."
