I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. "I moved into a new home and unfortunately have had several plumbing issues from a gas leak, to outdoor water spicket needing replaced, to a shower spout needing replaced to the most recent which was a turn off valve installed off my main water line for the irrigation system. Every time I have had a knowledgeable, helpful service representative come out. Each time the problem has been fixed. Each time the technician went out of his way to show me or explain to me the issue. Highly recommend!"

"Everyone is great when you're looking to buy.  The installers did a good job installing the equipment in the summer heat.  My frustration is that the playset arrived without three accessory pieces, which weren't cheap.  I first asked the installers, and they said they could bring the missing pieces out the next day.  I called later in the week and was told the pieces would be coming.  I called again today and was told I  could call back Monday and someone might be able to help me.  After spending what I did, I get told I get the privilege of calling back a fourth time to inquire where the missing pieces are?  Get real.  The store can call me.  I still don't know where these pieces are, I don't know when they'll be in.  The company hasn't offered a credit or my money returned in the meantime.  The product is nice, but for spending a fortune, a tiny, tiny bit of customer service would be appreciated.  (Who in the service industry says, after you say you've already called in three times, to call back tomorrow?)  You can buy this product at a competitor across town, right?"
