He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "I used an Angies list coupon for this service, and had planned to wait to call in for an appointment.  However they called me the next day to schedule.  I had to reschedule several times and each time customer service was very helpful.I was a little worried about using a company in another state...but the serviceman was from the next town over.He came to the door after he started to work laughing, my dryer vent was as clean as a new one. So I asked him to check the dryer vent hose.  He agreed and had the vent hose off and shaken clean in under five minutes. Thats why the received a C rating for Quality, I had clumps of dryer link on the carpet and between the washer and dryer that where never picked up. I thought he would have vacuumed.
