Handyman Contractors in Frankfort, KY

"Punctual, efficient, easy to work with."

"Doctor Electric sent out technician Chanse Murphy to my home for a house inspection. Chanse is the nicest, friendliest, kindest, professional young man you could ask for. After the house inspection he had recommendations of improvements I needed to make. He explained everything and was Not pushy at all. After deciding which improvements I wanted, he came back 2 different days to complete the projects. He was very respectful and careful with everything inside the house. There’s not enough I can say about this young man except I would highly recommend him to family and friends and anyone who needs any electrical services. Thanks Chanse!!"

"Amazing Professional Service."

"Tony answered my phone call on my first ring—no having to go through a receptionist or wait on a call back. He was at my house within one business week and quoted me 30% lower than another “big name” company I also had stop by for a quote. The work I needed done was fixing a sagging plaster ceiling. His employee was in and out in under 2 hours and the work looks great. They matched the texturing very well and you can barely tell a repair was ever made/needed. Although I hope I don’t ever need the services again, I would not hesitate to call back and let them do any work around my home."

"Koch Construction performs excellent work very competitive price, efficient, clean, finished projects is excellent. I very pleased with their work."

"Phenomenal service and quality work! Would recommend and will have them back out for other projects in the future!"

"I recently hired Dave & Alison with Dave DOES IT handyman services to put together an island. I could not be happier with the results. They were very professional through the entire process and I was very pleased with their price. They arrived on time and were in and out in about an hour. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them."

"Blaine and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job."

"Jordon absolutely crushed it on our pergola! We bought one from Lowe’s, and he built the whole thing himself for us. He didn’t rush anything and made sure every detail was right. I even had him come back to add a custom gutter to the front of it. He’s also just an awesome person to work with! Super friendly, respectful, easy to talk to, and kept me updated the whole way through!"
