"I had to keep them coming back because it wasn't done. It was over a period of several weeks that they completed the job. It was over 4000 and some dollars and I thought it was outrageous. The man that worked for them, works on a commission. So, I would love to talk to other homeowners that have used them before and see if it's consistent with their pricing. We just did it because it really needed to be done. It's not regular tile, it's actually natural stone. So there is a certain process that you have to perform on natural stone versus tile. I think natural stone is probably a little more difficult. I feel like, all in all, it was an okay job. It was good, not bad, but it was good. Several different people came to do the work. They came out twice and it was not up to par. Then they sent this one guy out and he was really professional. They were all professional, as far as talking and you thought they had the knowledge of it. I feel like initially, we got off on a wrong foot. The men that they brought in, they brought them in from Louisville because they were booked up in Lexington, to do this job and I had no idea they were actually bringing someone in from Louisville. But they did come and they were very professional, very nice, but I just felt like you're paying for these great big machines, they should have done better. They could have done better. But then they brought in another guy that was from Lexington and he was really really good."

"Job went very well. We had to wait nearly four weeks for our appointment, but when the day came, two young men showed up on time. They hung plastic sheeting on the doors and over the furniture to control the dust which necessarily was generated. They both worked extremely hard for a day and a half and finished the job. Afterward they cleaned up, picked up and hauled off the scrap materials. They drilled and dug a trench in the concrete basement floor and a three foot deep sump. Placed drainage pipes in the trench, covered with gravel and re-concreted the floor. All exactly as they had described in the job estimate that we had been given. We were very pleased with their workmanship. Now we are waiting for a heavy and extended period of rain to see how well the waterproofing performs. I am very confident it will work well, and they did give us a certificate that is a lifetime transferrable warranty on the work they did."
