"Very good customer service! The installation of the replacement furnace showed good workmanship, but the new oil burner was defective. Cody came back to the house quickly, made some adjustments and asked that I contact him if any additional issues. The new burner continued to malfunction, and Cody returned promptly. He concluded that there was a factory defect in the new burner, and installed a new burner within a few days. No further problems. I could not have asked for more responsive service."
