"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had just purchased an older house that was being rented prior to us purchasing it, needless to say it was very dusty.  We purchased the service as a "deal" on Angie's List, so the price was good.  They were not the easiest to schedule, but their work was awesome and they were very professional while they worked.  My ducts were down right sparkly after the service.  I would recommend them to anyone (but would prepare them to be responsible for follow up) .  I wanted to use them again in a condo that I later moved to, but sadly they do not provide services to buildings."

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"Service was installed as requested in approximately 1.5 hours, .25 hour to prepare invoice for a total of 1.75 hours. That was within the 2 hours purchased. Would have like to activate a receptacle that was adjacent to the new switch, but the tech did not have time. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Instead of charging me a lot of money, the guy let me know it would be better to have someone pull out the drywall to see if there was mold.  I thought it was good service.  He could have just came out and charged me $500.00 for nothing.  I appreciated him being honest even at the detriment of losing service."
