Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. "We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. "My husband and I are looking to re-do our basement and install new flooring. We were worried we had leaks/water problems in the basement and scheduled an estimate with Always Waterproofing & Concrete Services to see what the damage is and what we'd have to save up to pay for waterproofing. Jonathan was our evaluator. He was so helpful and focused on assessing the problem over making a sale. Turns out we may not even need waterproofing but instead better ventilation! He advised us that because he didn't see any concerning spots, we should first take up the sub-floor so we can really see what is going on underneath as far as flooding etc. Great customer service, wonderful attitude.
