"We had a great experience with aqueduct. We were able to get them out on short notice to fix a pipe that had burst on Christmas Eve. We had such a positive experience that we had Clayton come out again and redo that entire section of piping (cpvc to PEX). It ended up being a pretty extensive job but he knocked it out within a day and even added some additional insulation to help avoid from future freeze ups. One additional thing: being able to book Clayton online for a specific time window was so helpful. we didn't want to bother with calling folks on Christmas, so his website made it easy to book a time slot without having to wait around to call and then wait to potentially get a response, being able to book online helped us avoid all of that! "Rob O'Donnell came in clutch for us when we found ourselves in a pinch doing a job out of our normal service area for a customer who had water damage to their home. It was after 4:00pm on a Friday afternoon and we needed to find someone to disconnect a gas stove so we could finish installation on Saturday. Needless to say, we were having trouble finding anyone who could help us out with such short notice. After leaving a message with O'Donnell's Plumbing we got a call shortly thereafter from Rob, who was willing to go out on Saturday morning to disconnect the gas line for us before another job he already had scheduled for the day. He also returned very promptly to get everything hooked back up. -- furthermore he was able to send an invoice by email and we were able to pay electronically! Very convenient and also eliminated the need to bother with mailing a check. -- Highly recommend O'Donnell's Plumbing!"

"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."

"The pipe to my outside faucet was leaking into the garage. When I called and spoke with Edmund on a Friday, he said he could come out on Monday. I was concerned about all the water damage and he agreed to come out on Saturday morning.Edmund was prompt and very courteous. He replaced the faulty turn off valve ( 50+ years old) and fixed the pipe and outside spigot. I also had him replace another turn off valve in the laundry room. I appreciated the fact that he did not tack on a weekend charge or an initial charge just to show up. Edmund was very efficient and thourough. I will use him as my go to plumber from  now on.
