We have a history of bad experiences with other contractors over the years in NH, particularly around communication—not showing up when they say that would, not hearing anything for days, not returning calls, and having the final steps drawn out for extended periods. Although these were not Don’s fault, he went out of his way to minimize the delay when the work would be finalized. Don and his crew were quiet, cleaned up after each day, easy to communicate with and competent. Don also accommodated a couple of small, extra projects that emerged as we saw what the new addition would look like. I cannot recommend Handyman911 high enough. We are already planning to have him back for some other work when we return to NH next summer."
