"I contacted Quality Overhead Door-Toledo because my garage door wasn?t opening or closing properly. The first technician did a thorough inspection, said my opener and track were fine, and installed a new metal piece to straighten the door. The next day the door made a strange noise and wouldn?t stop at the top, causing the motor to grind. Another tech came out and said my opener was bad and quoted me $650 for a new one, even though the first tech said it was fine. After paying $170, I called the sales manager, who was short and dismissive, only offering twenty dollars off. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he said they?d ?call me when they have time.? The way he said it made it clear he thought their time was more valuable than mine. It?s been almost a week and no one has followed up."
