"Bryan came out as scheduled, tested me that he was on his way and again when he was 10 minutes out. Explained the repair, gave me 3 repair options, told me it would be about an hour and a half. Everything was done to my satisfactory, technician was very polite ( I even gave him a cup of coffee since it was so early in the morning). had additional questions and he answered them all. Would hire again if needed."

"He was here within 15 min of my phone call, the spring broke and I couldn't get my car out( had a Dr appointment) said he couldn't fix the door that day, but would come back the next day at 10:00, ( he was here before 10)had him replace the door( my choice) no high pressure selling, very polite and efficient, was finished before noon! He cleaned everything up, left nothing behind. Very pleased with this company and would Definitely recommend and use them again. He even got my mail for me, I'm 74 and not too sure footed, I fall when there isn't snow!! Very Pleasant Experience! Thanks NG Overhead Garage Door!! ☺️"
