"Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. "It went wonderful. They were aware we were having a graduation party the following month, and they completed all work prior to the date. This was done even though we had had a rainy period during the construction. They installed sod to assure our party could take place without any inconvenience. PieScape construction workers were extremely polite and diligent regarding their work. We are very, very pleased with the outcome and received so many compliments about the work that was done.

"David was amazing. I had downspouts and sump pump discharge drainage installed by him in my yard. He ran a drain pipe through my backyard to the end of the property. He also graded to slope all the low points in my yard. I no longer worry when it rains. No more soggy grass and sitting water thanks to him. He arrived early and completed the job within a day. I really appreciate the craftsmanship and the respect for my home. He left the yard better than he found it and cleaned up behind his work. I would 100% use his services again."

"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"The drop off was great, the gentleman delivering the roll off was professional. The only disappointment was they were unable to pick up the roll off on the pick up date (wasn't until about a week later they were able to come out and grab it). While it may seem peculiar to complain about having the roll off a few extra days, it smelled and I was ready for it to be gone. Overall I would use them again."

"Travis and his team deserve more than 5 stars; we can't say enough positive, good things about our experience! Our yard/landscaped areas had become completely out of control with overgrown shrubs, roots emerging from removed trees, and weeds galore. After speaking with Travis on the phone, he arrived to do a thorough assessment of needs and provided an estimate within a day. He and his team arrived promptly on the scheduled day of service, and worked diligently from early morning till late afternoon, removing and/or trimming bushes/branches, weeding, edging, mulching, and transforming our "jungle" into areas that we can once again enjoy! What an amazing group! Extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and hard-working. We look forward to working with Travis again as we make plans to redesign some of our bedding areas for new planting and continued maintenance. "The initial meeting with the guys from Seasonal Changes was very helpful. They listened to my needs and wishes and described their recommendations and the reasoning for those recommendations. In addition to the plants and labor, I was looking for advice from professionals and that's what I got. They were able to come out a few days later and completed the work within a few hours. Everything looked (and continues to look) great and I'm excited that it has met all of my needs. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional.
