"Seamus Donohue was a man who knew his subject - lightning. He came to our home quickly, and scheduled installation immediately after we made a decision. The men who came to do the installation were professional, careful and took time to make sure the results were as "invisible" as possible. We hope never to have a lightning strike again at our home, but as the weather patterns change, we fear that is more possible than in the past. We feel more protected after our lightning protection installation. But you never know how successful something is if the proof is in something never happening! But we'll take it."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"As people who live in Oklahoma know, we get hail storms every year. I have had a new roof on my house 3 times in the last 5 years. After the last storm Stacie from Roca Roofing came by the house. From the start she was nothing by nice to my family. I never felt like she was pushy. She got on the roof and took some pictures for me to see. She was very knowledgeable and even sat in the living room and helped me file my claim. At first I was a little thrown off by a female, but she did things better than any other company I had used in the past. She was there when my insurance company came out and was always making sure I understood everything. My ex husband had always handled all the claims before so this was all very new to me. Stacie never moved on with anything until she was sure that I understood what was going on. She took a lot of time to explain the products to me and we had fun picking out a roof color. The guys that put on the roof did a great job. It looks AWESOME! They were great about cleaning up after themselves! They did break a light on the outside of the house while tearing off the old roof, but Stacie called to let me know what happened and it was replaced 2 days later. Stacie was on site checking in during the installation on the roof and always called me at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything. The guy, David that did all the inside work on my house was very nice as well. He did a great job and cleaned up very well. I am hard to please when it comes to my house and I was very happy with all the work that was completed. It was 100 percent painless for me! I highly recommend using Roca Roofing and I would call Stacie for sure!! I cant speak for anyone else there but her, but she was AMAZING!! If I ever have to get a new roof again, I will be calling her back. It is one thing  to have a good sales person, but to get a great sales person and have everyone that did the work be great as well is even better! I honestly can not speak more highly of Stacie and Roca. I have sent several friends and family members to her as well. I think it was nice working with a woman because lets face it, men are just programmed different and she really gets what it takes to keep a woman happy, lol. I wasn't going to do this review, but I got a phone call from her about 2 weeks ago just checking on things and making sure that everything still looked good and that I had not had any issues. You just don't get that with anything anymore these days. I hope that someone reading this will decide to use her. She helped us so much that I hope this review can in some way help her. "Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"Joshua Wyatt is everything I wanted in a contractor. He was on time and always prepared. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and graciously accepted any changes or suggestions that I had. He showed respect and care for my home and was very good at cleaning up. He was working under extreme heat conditions at times but he kept going. He did all the work in a timely manner and was on target with completion projections. On top of all this, he was courteous and respectful and always returned calls and texts. He is a genuinely nice guy, a veteran and a family man. Now that my project is almost complete, I am continually thinking of him for more projects around my home."

"I appreciated that the owner got back to me quickly with an appointment when I called on a Friday afternoon. His employees arrived early Tuesday morning and installed two bathroom fixtures and three ceiling fans. While there we asked about a switch and an outlet. They worked quickly and quietly. The employees stayed focused on their job with little distraction. I appreciated their politeness and attention to detail. They listened to my concerns and resolved them. I have not received the bill yet. I recommended the company to my sister-in-law."
