"I'll start by saying that Jofmar (Jose and team) delivered well beyond my expectations. I reached out to Jofmar with a few large hardscape projects after long effort to try and find someone that was professional, on time and and cared to do the work. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Victoria graciously helped me with estimates, explained the process well to understand what is involved for each project and then Jose and his team delivered on the product. The first of two projects just finished up -I had stacked stone garden walls built around all my mulched beds. The attention to detail was a delight to see and I can't wait to finally refresh my garden beds. I want to call out that Jose and team really love the work that they do and it shows. They work hard and are easy to talk to throughout projects. They are agile and will work with you if there is a change in scope. I still have a second project waiting on materials and can't wait to see how well they do there as well. "The project went great! Once the work was started the team showed up promptly each day, and worked until the sun went down in the evening. Here's a list of all the things that Rudy and the team did: Design, Tree and Stump removal, dry river bed excavation and installing 4 tons of rock, planting of trees and shrubs, adding soil and much, building stone walls in the front of the house and raised garden, water feature installation, and low voltage landscape lighting. The team took great care not to damage the lawn when hauling the tons of boulders into the back yard. They hand placed sheets of plywood to drive over, and picked them up as soon as the driving was done. The result was that our lawn looked great when the project was completed, and the total effect is that it looks like this project was part of the landscaping from the start. During the design phase of the project we met with Rudy and the designer Matt to come up with the initial design. During the installation there were changes made as needed, and Rudy and his installation team were great to work with. As an example the guys placing the large boulders, were willing to make changes and move boulders that weighed 500lbs and more when I wanted a couple of them moved to other locations. And when the water feature we had talked about adding didn't seem to be working out, Rudy came up with great suggestions to place a boulder with a hole bored into it at the edge of the river bed as the fountain. The result was a wonderful look where the fountain looks like it is a source of water into the riverbed."
