"Jamal was very thorough in checking our system and performing our maintenance. He also let us know if there were any issues or recommendations without trying to sell us in services. Jamal went the extra mile and even fixed some wiring that wasn’t installed correctly from a prior technician. If you use Brother’s, ask for Jamal when scheduling your service. He was a pleasure to talk with and learn from while our system maintenance was being performed. 5 star service!!!"

"The whole process went very well"

"We purchased a new Clayton home in late 2023 and everything seemed good at first. After several times over a year of having HVAC techs from Clayton come out for a cooling issue, eventually the warranty ran out on the AC. Then we had another supposedly reputable HVAC company come out and said it was a lot of issues outside and would cost almost $2000 for a repair that may or may not work. We went thru Angis list and got in touch with Quality Air. The tech came out and went thru our system and located the issue inside that was never installed from the Clayton homes store. Nathan had our system up and running and has been cooling excellent ever since. Before, our system had a very hard time keeping up with the selected temp.. but now we sit in cool comfort and it has never ran so great. Thank you Nathan, and thank you Quality Air!!"

"I recently used this AC service for a small repair on some wires connected to my AC unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician agreed to come out the very same day and arrived within the hour. He made the simple repair, and got everything back up and running fast. The price for an evening service call was very reasonable, especially for such quick and reliable service. It’s hard to find people you can truly depend on these days, but now we know exactly who to call whenever we need AC help. I couldn’t thank him enough for getting our air back on so quickly. Highly recommend!"

"Repaired quickly and the price was reasonable"

"One of my AC units was not working correctly so as always I went to Angi to find someone qualified to do the work. CALL DAD HVAC called me right away and said they could come out that afternoon but due to my schedule had to wait until the next morning. Daniel arrived here promptly and worked all day until all the work was completed to my satisfaction and approval. I was so pleased with the work I decided to sign up for a year's contract with them which was very reasonably priced. If someone needs any HVAC services/repairs I highly recommend CALL DAD!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
