Patrick was with us from concept to permitting to demo to build and we are absolutely thrilled with our new space. We had a loft space that made several hundred square feet of unusable space in our house. Patrick worked with us to understand the design options, work us through the concept and process, did all of the permitting and managed the process from start to finish. We now have a full third bedroom in our house, a brand new walk-in closet, a new ceiling and lighting in our kitchen and we also had them replace all of the carpeting in our second bedroom, hall, two staircases and a closet. "We hired All Renovations to remodel our basement and add a bathroom. We had previously hired them to build a garage and had been pleased with the work they did so included them when we were interviewing potential candidates for our basement project. Their price was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Given our prior experience with them, we decided to hire them and are glad we did so. Despite some unexpected plumbing issues and resulting delays, All Renovations did a fabulous job on our basement and we are pleased with the end result. The foreman Edwin was easy to communicate with and worked with our designer throughout the project. It took a while to determine the best location and layout for the bathroom but Edwin worked with us to frame it in according to our specifications. As with most projects, there were a few issues (some missing fixtures and a problem with carpet installation) but they were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. All in all, we are very happy with the work All Renovations did. The basement looks great."
