We have had a few more rains and even one snow and there is nothing better to look at then when I see the water that is coming out of the discharge pipe that I know otherwise would be pooling in my basement and cynderblocks walls, and how that was the case for many years before we moved in. Also, the team that did the work was extremely professional. We have 3 kids and pets and the team was extremely courteous. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. I would highly recommend NV Waterproofing to others based on my experience with them. They did high quality work and were extremely professional."

"I wasn't happy with him at all. He wanted his money before I had a chance to see the final product. He wasn't honest with me. I told him before he even started the job, I said that job has to be finished when I'm here to see the final product. He agreed to that. Then, the day that he was due to finish, I said, I'm not going to be here. He goes, trust me ma'am, I've been in business blah blah, blah. I'm on Angie's List and my rating is blah, blah, blah. Against my better judgement, I left him a check and the work when I quickly looked at it, it looked alright. upon further inspection, they had messed up and they had put a big hole in the back of the concrete patio. They had fixed it but they did such a lousy job of fixing it, I had to hire another contractor and pay him $200 to fix what they did. The concrete he did for my driveway is already cracking and he just did this work in 2013. I would never recommend him to anybody. He came in over budget which was alright, I accepted that. He did come back to the house. Where I asked him about the area where ti look like he had thrown grout or something in this big hole it had been in, I wish he had told me upfront where we put a big hole in the base of your concrete and this is what we did. He didn't tell me, I found it and asked him about it. I said, I think that should be smooth though and that looks terrible. Oh no, I'd leave it along. I just went and hired a guy that's sort of an all-purpose handyman that I knew. It took him four hours and he charged me $200 to smooth over the big clump of it looked like grout to me that the guy had just put over to cover the big hole. The only nice things I have to say about the man is that when I asked him questions, he did come back to my house and looked at the concrete. He was polite but I just wasn't happy with the work he did."
