To cut down on foot traffic and less contact [because of COVID-19], he always used the back door. When completed, he tested the water, explained the temp controls, and where to turn the water off in case of an emergency. Everything was complete, and he departed at 3p. I am perfectly satisfied! Mr. Lal Zaua was responsive to my needs, treated me and my home with respect, and made sure that I understood everything before he started the job. Thank you so much!"
