"Our 23 year old water heater finally bit the dust yesterday. I put in a request for quotes through Angieâ s List/Home Advisor and within 10 minutes Andy from Still Waters is calling me back. He was able to give me a quote over the phone just by texting him a few pictures of the old water heater. He was able to come out the same day (Saturday) to make the replacement. Andy was extremely professional and efficient. The overall cost was very fair, especially for being an emergency call on a Saturday. Because it was the weekend he had to purchase the water heater at one of the big box stores (Home Depot). When he unboxed the heater it had a dent on the side of the unit, which was no fault of his. Andy immediately let me know of the dent and explained that it was simply cosmetic and posed no problem to operation/function of the heater. He said that he would be happy to either discount the cost of the heater or take it back to the Home Depot. I decided to take the discount and keep the dented heater. I really appreciate Andy being up front about the dent and giving me options as the customer. Within just a few hours he had the old unit out and the brand new water heater installed. We now have hot water again! I will definitely be using Still Waters Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."

"This was a over-time job, since they were booked up during normal hours and we were completely without hot water. One of their guys came out the next day on Saturday morning. Very professional, showed up when they said they would and called ahead to let us know they were on their way. Replaced the hot the tank with a new one. Our old one was 18 years old, so made sense to replace it. They let us know the thermo-couple on the old one could be replaced, but probably would not be worth the cost given the age and condition of the tank and copper lines attached (much corrosion). I agreed. Job was completed in a few hours, done professionally and up to code. They removed a make-shift concrete dam around the old tank and installed a new pan under the new tank along with new copper lines to/from the tank. They cleaned up and took the old tank away."

"Mr. Rooter is a very responsive and professional workforce. Saw their ad in Angies List magazine, when we needed the drain cleaned. They were out the same day I called to do the job and it went very well. A few weeks later we were the market for a new hot water tank. Again, they were out the same day I called to check out the old tank and give us a free estimate. They did it all; checked for permits, removed the old tank, hauled it away and delivered/installed the new tank. "Ask for Craig. His official title is VP of Operations, but I think he needs a new job title: Miracle Worker. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.
