"Last Summer my A/C went out. The company we had used in years past let quality slide to the point of "get out of my house!" They did the A/C with less than zero issues. Come to think of it, the service was like a visit from a past era when people tried to do the right thing and companies were not just in it for a buck. Funny story. I had to call them for service not long after the install because a storm knocked out my power while I was at work. The house was toasty when I arrived because the power just returned. The tech was unaware of the outage and was puzzled. He assured me things would be cool in about an hour, which they were. Haven't had an issue since. First "maintenance" visit today. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work.
