They were quick and upfront on costs and still able to get us in ASAP, as we couldn't open our garage after coming home from a trip. When he mentioned the price of the type of door I have ,at the beginning I thought he is overcharging so I gave the tech an excuse to be able to do my research and I found out that what he quoted was less than what I could get from Lowe?s, Menards or Home Depot . "The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.
