Mr. Eric O. was our field inspector and I can not begin to express how impressed we were with his knowledge and professionalism! I would give him and JES more than 5 stars if I could! Eric went through the home very carefully and was able to explain why we were having some minor drywall cracks and it was not related to the foundation. "Scheduling was a nightmare.  The first scheduled appointment was a 'no show' and when I called they indicated their was a mistake with a new person on the scheduling.  In attempting to reschedule, they had to work within the schedule that they would have a truck available in my area.  
We rescheduled and they called and cancelled due to a truck break-down.

The two guys they sent were professional and thorough but provided misinformation.  They took a picture of the flashing on my chimney and told me that they didn't touch it because of the rust but felt the entire cap needed to be replaced.  I checked into that and it was going to be almost $1,000.00 to install a new one.  I got a second and third opinion and the cap did not need replacing, it simply needed to be sealed and painted.  It cost me $50 to get the repair completed.
