He said he was on his way to pick up the valve for the toilet and would come down and install it. This was around 11:00 am. I waited till 4:00 pm with no call, no show. The next day I waited till 1:00 pm, then decided to call him. He said it needs a filter installed to catch the debris and would be quite expensive. At that point I asked what the bill was for the work he had already done. He still tried to charge me the $1900. After complaining about him not showing up the day before after telling me he was on his way, and tacking on one issue after another I paid the $975 and terminated any further work."
