"My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I have 4 kids, work a full time job & a part time job, and go to school full time. Mike was able to give me a quote over the phone with just a few photos (we knew it needed to be replaced due to where it was leaking from...this was an expected replacement). While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler. They were in & out in under 2 hours and everything is now working perfectly. We chatted a bit about other small plumbing issues I've had, that I'll definitely hire them for. Thanks for everything!"

"Great company They removed the defective water heater and replaced a new one Very professional and Covid safe with masks"

"Great Job by Glenn getting in the new water heater and removing the old in a tight spot. Very timely, Professional , and a great value. Took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Wagner Family Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!"

"repair would have cost more than it was worth for the age of the unit, so replaced with their recommended product. The cost of their product was much higher than what you can purchase at the local hardware stores but felt it was worth the investment if it lasts longer. The servicemen took longer than expected because they were waiting for water pressure to release, rather than opening all the faucets initially. Otherwise the product so far is working well."

"The service was fine. The staff was polite and profession. The left the area clean. They were satisfactorly prompt. They too identified a faulty installation in our toilet and fixed it."

"Went well. Anthony is very thorough and Efficient. I've had him for my hvac checkups and repairs numerous times. Always a good experience. Service Now is a good local company that is thorough in all correspondence and am happy with their services."

"The service went well. I ended up contracting them to replace a faucet in the kitchen and to repair filters for most of the sinks in the house. The technicians were very friendly and did a nice job. Making an appointment was very easy and they were very accommodating."

"I have used this company multiple times over the years. Installed a hot water heater and fixed some pipes when they froze in the winter. Dale is the best of the best! Would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"I prepared a scope of work document for our 120 year old house and spent several months interviewing contractors, touring them through the project and conducting pricing and material/method reviews of their bids.
Chris from Allstar was literally the only one out of seven that got with the program in the first round.
Chris included all items on the scope doc in his bid. After much deliberation some of the items changed as I decided to approach them differently. I made detailed notes on five of the bids and asked for pricing revisions. Chris was again the only contractor who took this request on quickly and revised his bid accordingly within a few days. He is also easy to talk to - gives you the straight assessment of what should be done when unseen conditions present a challenge and can address whether or not that is aligned with the original plan. All of this is so valuable to me as a homeowner and as a person who is about to drop a large sum of money on a project.
When I am hiring someone for any scope of work I look for certain qualities above and beyond skill.
For a contractor who is going to work on my home for a period of time, it has to be someone I can talk to, negotiate with, and trust.
I want someone who will work on the house as if it is their own and discuss options when challenges arise.
Allstar is great - they solved complicated issues in many different areas using creative thinking and skills in a wide range of materials.
They also enjoy the work to the extent that the jobsite is pleasant - another crucial factor if you are going to be living in it for a month!
