I decided to replace the inducer motor at the same time since it was only a matter of time until it failed. I called Zak - the general manager and he agreed to give me a long-term customer discount. Steve Brown, my service technician notified me that morning when he would arrive and was right on time. He was easy to work with, showed me the wear to the units and explained what he was doing throughout the installation. After removing the heat exchanger, Steve pointed out the evaporator coils needed to be cleaned and gave me a discount for that work too. No one likes an expensive HVAC repair bill, however Ray O. "They started out well. But last summer my AC broke and they seemed to have trouble fixing it. They put a replacement part and that part broke down right away and in the meantime I did not have the AC and I was a bit concerned about that. Their maintenance service was okay but when it came to fixing something there was a problem. Since then they have a new manager and he actually called me and was trying to get my business but by that time I was so frustrated, I had to sign somebody else up. I don't think I will be using them in the future."
