"Work itself was good, but service was not so good. Arden checked out my dishwasher and gave a quote. Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."

"Matt, the owner of Platinum Plumbing, was the first to respond to my request for a plumber, the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The job was a challenge because I live in a small two story townhome where the tank water heater was located on the first floor in a kitchen closet that I want to convert into a food pantry. I wanted the tankless water heater to go on the other side of the closet wall by my washer and dryer. Two additional plumbing companies looked at the project. One gave me an extremely high estimate which included work that wasn't necessary and the other said it couldn't be done because of venting problems through the second story. Matt was the only person who knew how to assess the job without the need for extraneous costs and knowledgeable enough to solve the venting issues. He knew exactly what tankless water heater brand would best fit my needs and used quality materials to do the job. Matt was prompt, courteous and extremely professional. "The sales team provided equipment and finance options in clear and straight forward language, and I felt very good about my choice--Lennox with air purification system.  The installers were fantastic--courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional.  After the installation, another team came by to test the efficiency of the system.  They found and fixed problems with leaky ducts I did not even know I had.  Then, one final inspection took place from another Park quality control team.  These two (2) separate inspections took place within 30-days of each other.  The price was high . . . and so was the quality of their service and my satisfaction level with their work.  Waited this long to write my review--I was conducting my personal test of the heat, air conditioning, and air purification system.

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Originally, I called to get a new attic ladder installed, some plywood placed over the 2 x 4's on the attice floor, and asked for a new opening in my ceiling. Placing the plywood floor was particularly complicated because there are water lines, electrical lines, and air ducts that ran along the attic floor or close to the floor. Also, we have trusses in the attic that make moving around difficult. Ron gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. As the work progressed, however, I realized that I had no way to turn on the attic light from the new opening and the lighting where the new attic floor was laid was rather poor in places. So I asked Ron to install additional lighting and a two-way light switch. While he was here, I also asked him to look at a GFI plug that kept tripping and to move a light fixture since the new attic opening would be placed where we had a ceiling light. He also had to build a new door for the attic and frame and paint it since the attic ladder I purchased did not come with a door. Ron moved the light at no charge to us because he felt it was very simple and would not take a lot of time. However, we expanded our request for flooring (to cover more attic area than originally thought) and with the additional electrical work, he brought in one of his electricians to ensure the work was performed properly. All went very well and he was quite accommodating as our request for his services continually expanded beyond the original scope. We worked together on pricing to ensure all was fair."

"As you would expect, the air conditioning compressor quit start when the temperature was in excess of 100 degrees during the afternoon. REO responded to my call for help the same day I contacted them. The technician was extremely professional and determined that i had a bad capacitor. As a result, my bill was only $241.75. Things could have been much worse. In additional to replacing the capacitor, the technician took the time to thoroughly clean the unit, particularly the condensor, so that the unit would run more efficiently. REO's service that day was terrific. I could not have been happier and would definitely use them again. REO receives my highest recommendation.
