Our garage door stopped opening fully and we were really in a bind. Troy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and conscientous. He let us know exactly what was needed and offered all options available to us. He left off all the things that weren't urgent at this time but let us know what may need repair in the future. He was also very personable and professional as well and after he explained everything we felt much more at ease with our situation. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. "It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not overly pleased. I did not hear from them for a week or more after I purchased it so I called them. The guy was on a roof and was supposed to call me back. That didn't happen for 3 or 4 days. He said he would call me back because he had several more jobs lined up. It took a couple more phone calls. It took them a long time to get here. I have a very small house so what I was paying was really not that good of a deal for me. The price was the same no matter what the size was. As the winter has progressed, it appears that the work they did wasn't really that great. My soffits are basically coming apart and the down pipe of the gutter has come off already. I would have thought that reattaching a down spout on a gutter would have been part of them cleaning it."
